Hard to realize that we are forced to fund this 6-7 person group on the city council, in doing what they do, and all that they have DECIDED NOT to do for their constituents and their employer. Instead of paying attention to their job descriptions, these individuals are pretty much reciting, and acting out, whatever page they happen to land on in the DSA operating manual that day.
Responsible and effective city governance is not something they are likely to ever want to learn about, or be involved in, or even part of.
