Thomas Friedman wrote an insightful column yesterday. AIPAC has gone off the deep end with Netanyahu and the Israeli right. It might be more toxic these days than ICE.
I agree that community building is important. Peggy was EVERYWHERE. But, this did present a disadvantage to Craig. She had to stay in Washington and do her job as a House Representative. She did not have the luxury of lots of time on her hands to travel around the state.
What does this mean for future elections. For people who have full-time jobs and can not go to everything, everywhere, all the time...
